Scores of children enjoyed a special Olympics event in Oxford on June 21.
A host of sporting competitions including javelin throwing were held at New College Sports Ground, highlighting the achievements of children with learning difficulties.
The annual games were organised by the Cowley-based charity Kids Enjoy Exercise Now (Keen) which brings students from Oxford and Oxford Brookes Universities together with special needs children to encourage them and boost their social skills.
Co-ordinator Jonathan Baggs said: "The Olympics are a big end-of-year celebration for us and give us the chance to say a proper goodbye for volunteers who are leaving."
Keen, based in Princes Street, has about 250 volunteers, who run actitivities for about 100 children.
Keen celebrated its 15th birthday in February by launching a social group for participants over 18.
