A man has been questioned about a series of robberies in which elderly people were targeted in Oxford.
The 41-year-old was arrested on Sunday, June 22, at 3.10pm, in Osler Road, Headington.
Detectives questioned him about offences in which pensioners, mainly women in their 70s and 80s, were attacked.
Two victims suffered broken bones during robberies earlier this month, which police believe are linked.
In the latest incident, a woman in her 80s was shoved in London Road, Headington as a thief grabbed her bag at 1.45pm on Sunday.
A man aged 79 was robbed in Sandfield Road, Headington, on Friday.
