Thame Town, who upset Banbury in the Bernard Tollet Oxfordshire Cup first round, added Oxford & Horspath's scalp with an emphatic eight-wicket win in Thursday night's quarter-final at Roman Way.
Tight bowling and excellent fielding by Thame's young side restricted a lacklustre Oxford to just 92-6 from their 20 overs.
Manoj Parmar (38) and Jarrad Andrew then made sure of victory with an opening stand of 70 as Thame clinched victory with two and a half overs to spare.
In last night's other quarter-final, Challow & Childrey beat Great & Little Tew by 20 runs.
Skipper Ashley Holznagel (43) top-scored in Challow's 160-7, and Tew were then bowled out for 140.
