Congratulations to Joe Johnson, head of Sandhills School at Headington, Oxford, who spoke out about parent-incited bullying (Oxford Mail, June 18).

This problem appears to be increasing, along with a rise in the percentage of totally undisciplined children.

For too long, these people have been hiding behind the descriptions, dysfunctional, challenged or similar, while the majority in the same situation cope perfectly well without resorting to anti-social behaviour.

It is time for those of us not in the unfortunate position of the victims to start speaking out and seeing these parents for what they really are -- playground bullies who refuse to grow up.
