Steve Fox, enthusiastic motorbiker and owner of Fox's Diner, a biker rendezvous near Berinsfield, was killed in Italy on June 21.
He was riding his Honda Blackbird motorbike when it was in collision with a car between Milan and Bologna.
He was on holiday with his wife Nina. She witnessed the accident.
Mr Fox, 49, was a delivery manager with the Royal Mail in High Wycombe and lived in Landseer Walk, Abingdon.
He had owned the Fox's Diner for three years and it attracted motorbike enthusiasts.
The business stayed open after news of his death so that bikers could pay tribute to Mr Fox, who had three children and two grandchildren. Biker John Gill said: "Steve was very well known and well liked. There will be a big turnout for his funeral." Funeral arrangements have yet to be made but the service is not expected to take place before July 7.
