Banbury Cricket Club are in the clear over allegations of verbal abuse following an investigation by the England and Wales Cricket Board.
The complaint was made by Bromsgrove CC following their fourth-round defeat by Banbury in the National Club Championship last month.
Skipper Nick Husbands claimed his team were subjected to a torrent of abuse by both players and spectators at Banbury's White Post Road ground.
But after looking into the allegations and contacting the two umpires, the ECB have decided not to take the matter any further.
Mark Campkin, ECB competitions manager, said: "The umpires have reported nothing untoward, so we cannot do anything about it. They have not reported any of the Banbury players."
Banbury chairman Martin Phillips welcomed the news. "There was nothing to answer as far as we were concerned," he said.
