A cottage in Marcham, near Abingdon, which was voted the best renovation project in The Daily Telegraph's House of the Year awards has been sold for £750,000.
Charlcote House -- a 200-year-old cottage in North Street -- was restored by designer and developer Andrew Herring.
The judges praised the renovation for its "very striking" design and post-modern additions including the use of glass curtain walls in its Japanese-style garden.
