OXFORD City Stars return from their three week Christmas break this Sunday when they take on Premier Division side Slough Jets in a challenge match at Oxpens Road.
The face-off will be 7.15pm rather than the normal 6pm, as it follows a previously arranged under 19 match between Oxford and Streatham.
The break has been useful for Oxford in allowing bumps and bruises to heal, and the Slough encounter should see the return of six of the eight players that missed the game away to the same opponents on December 13.
Andy Cox and Adam Andrews are both still struggling with long-term injuries, but Oxford will otherwise be in the happy position of being able to pick from a full-strength squad.
The match will be a useful test against higher league opposition as well as a chance to get rid of rink rust before the cup match against Milton Keynes the following weekend.
Oxford City Stars: J Thompson (NM), A Webster (NM), L Plasted, M Roberts, D Carr, N Eden, P Crockett, D Sturgeon, D Elliott, D Flint, S Gough, G Slevin, D Prachar, B Lay, M Williams.
