Abdul Sheehab was Morris Motors' hero as his golden goal in extra time fired his team through to the quarter-finals with a 3-2 victory at Freeland.
Sheehab had also scored in normal time, as did captain Wayne Prescott as the match ended 2-2 after 90 minutes.
Brize Norton battled back from a goal down as they beat Hailey 4-1.
A poor header from Steve Cull dropped to Daniel King, who slotted home from close range fired Hailey in front.
But Brize hit back to level through Mark Jewell, before Mark Curtis headed them in front.
Two late efforts from Dan King and Simon Cook sealed Brize's passage into the next round.
Andy Woodley hit a hat-trick as Charlbury put their disappointing league form behind them with a comprehensive 7-1 victory at Arncott.
Martin Grimsley, Sean Gilbert, Phil Simmons and Matt Cox added the other goals
Bakels Crusaders are through for the first time in their history, with a 4-1 win over Witney Premier League side Hanborough.
Bakels suffered an early setback when Hanborough scored from a free kick.
But they battled back, with Mark Wickens levelling, before they took control through Dave Iglus, Vince Orrey, and Gary Wickens.
