Thame United have suffered a major blow after young striker Danny Keen was ruled out for the rest of the season with a cruciate knee ligament injury.
Keen, who had forced his way back into the Ryman League Division 1 North side, suffered the injury during their 3-1 home defeat by Chesham last month.
Manager Mark West said: "It's a big blow because he had been playing well. He came back with a goal and was full of confidence, and then got this injury."
And West has suffered another setback, with midfielder Justin Merritt sidelined for up to eight weeks with a recurrence of the knee injury.
The manager is already without midfielder Kevin Franklin because of a broken leg, but defender Andy Williams is just a week away from a return.
West added: "It's typical of our luck this season. I have never known us to lose so many key players.
"Andy was out for eight months with a thigh injury. He came back, tweaked a hamstring, and recovered from that, only to damage the other one.
"I'm hopeful Franklin will play before the end of the season. He's probably ten weeks away from playing."
Thame, who host Hemel Hempstead Town tomorrow, are boosted by the return from suspension of striker Alex Stewart and Tony Joyce from injury.
Oxford City will be without striker Adam Hamp when they travel to Berkhamsted Town.
He is suspended for one game after picking up five bookings while playing for former club North Leigh.
Defender Lewis Craker is doubtful after dislocating a shoulder against Barton.
Manager Andy Sinnott, who is looking for back-to-back away wins, said: "Although Berkhamsted have won their last three games, we are capable of getting a good result."
Banbury United will be without the suspended Wayne Blossom at home to Dr Martens League Eastern Division leaders Tonbridge Angels at Spencer Stadium.
Player-manager Kevin Brock, who is banned for the game, in which striker George Redknap makes his 200th appearance, said: "Although they have lost their manager and assistant manager, they are still a big force."
Abingdon Town are without a game.
