A trader who sold fake designer clothing at Abingdon market was convicted at Oxford Crown Court of seven offences under the Trade Marks Act.
Richard Cowles, of Pinner Road, Northwood, Middlesex, sold inferior quality, counterfeit clothing bearing the logos of designers such as Hackett, Nike, Gap and Ted Baker London at Abingdon market in February 2002.
The case was adjourned so pre-sentence reports could be prepared. Cowles will be sentenced next month.
