Paul Evans (+70) gave Thame a flying start when he overwhelmed newcomer Anthony Marshall (+100) 150-50.
Mark Syrett (+70) then just got the better of Terry Chambers (-10) 200-194, before David Feore (+50) completed the whitewash with a 150-140 victory over Neil Brayshaw.
Oracle and Witney still share top spot after both recorded 2-1 victories.
Oracle overcame Morris Motors, Ted Milsom (+70) putting them into the lead with a 150-140 victory over Roger Tomlin (+50).
Doug Baker levelled for the Motormen, beating Jack Woods (+90) 195-150, but Richard Connerty (+80) comfortably won the decider against Bob Hayward (+80) 150-69.
Witney opened up a winning 2-0 lead at Riley when Gavin Wright (+60) overcame Keith Maskens 150-109, then Terry Cook (+30) beat Alan Copelin (+80) 200-153.
Roger Coenen (+70) secured Riley's point with a 150-123 victory over Chris Warren (+100).
In Division 2, New Club saw off Cowley Con B 2-1, with veteran George Washington (+110) winning the decisive game against Brian Mabbutt (+10) 200-197, while Cowley Con A had an easy 3-0 win against Eynsham.
ORACLE Club are going to run the Summer League this year.
The format will be the same as in previous years when it was held at Rileys.
