Pupil Tim Winter shows off his skills with the ball at a football surgery by former Oxford United captain Mike Ford.
Mr Ford ran the session at St Edburg's Primary School, in Cemetery Lane, Bicester, as part of his own soccer schools.
Mr Ford, who lives in Bicester, is also pictured, watching Tim with other children who took part in the course.
Teacher and PE co-ordinator Richard Knight said: "I hope the time the boys spent with Mike will stimulate an interest in playing football and perhaps the school will eventually have its own team, like other primary schools in the town."
