An animal rescue centre is seeking the owner of a cat found in a Banbury car park.
Lou Tyack with the cat
The neutered white male tabby, found at Sainsbury's is said to be in good condition.
Lou Tyack, coordinator at the Cat's Protection League Centre at Milton Under Wychwood, said: "A friend of mine found the cat wandering around the store's car park. Another shopper said it had been there the day before as well.
"The cat was well fed and was obviously someone's pet. It may have got into a car and got out at the store without its owner noticing -- or it could live nearby. We've put up posters in Banbury, but no-one has come forward."
Call the centre on 01993 831350 if the cat is yours.
