Shoppers are being encouraged to take away a new career with their shopping as the NHS recruitment bus tours county supermarkets.
Oxfordshire Mental Healthcare NHS Trust is searching for recruits for Littlemore Hospital, and The Warneford Hospital and Park Hospital in Headington, Oxford.
Staff on board the bus will offer information about a range of different jobs, from nursing to clerical and administrative work.
Application forms will be available and some people can have on-the-spot interviews.
Tim Parry, the trust's human resources director, said: "People might not automatically think of working for the trust, but we have many jobs available to suit everyone.
"We offer good training and flexible working, and we hope that people will come along to the recruitment bus to see what we have to offer."
The initiative has been launched three months after the bus travelled the county to attract staff for other trusts. The Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals NHS Trust -- responsible for Oxford's John Radcliffe Hospital, Churchill Hospital and Radcliffe Infirmary, and The Horton, Banbury -- hailed the drive a success.
