Parents of a teenager killed in a road accident are hoping to keep their daughter's name alive by creating a memorial art prize.
Jennifer with her father
Glyn and Marie Koester want their daughter Jennifer to be remembered through the annual prize they hope to be set up at Faringdon Community College.
School friends and teachers are also planning to create a memorial garden.
Jennifer, known at the school as Jenny, died after being struck by two vehicles on Friday, February 16, after getting off her school bus.
Mr and Mrs Koester said: "Jennifer was loved by everyone who knew her. What happened to her is such a waste of a young and vibrant life.
"Jennifer's love was art. She lived for it. She had already decided that she was going to be a successful interior designer and had all the bits and pieces mapped out to become one.
"Jennifer was loved by so many children from her school. She was a popular girl, more popular than we ever knew.
"She will be deeply missed but her name will always be kept alive by her family and friends."
Mr and Mrs Koester have asked for any donations to be sent to the school.
