Oxford City Stars' Andy Cox has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a shoulder injury.
Cox suffered the knock in a training session on Monday night.
The first game he misses is tomorrow's trip to Basingstoke Buffalo in the English National League.
Matt Roberts and Marlon Williams are suspended, but defenceman Adam Andrews is set to return after missing the Town v Gown clash as he continues his comeback from a serious Achilles injury.
Stars are assured of finishing second in the league, guaranteeing them a place in the play-offs.
But reigning champions Basingstoke almost certainly need to win all of their remaining matches to have a chance of making the play- offs.
Invicta are also already through, and they look set to be joined by Milton Keynes, with Streatham Redskins the other team in the hunt.
