National Division 1: Henley Hawks drew for the second week running as they were held 26-26 by Coventry at Dry Leas.
In a roller-coaster of a game, Hawks were disappointed not to take maximum points after the visitors were reduced to 14 men in the first half.
Early on, it seemed that the big Coventry pack would rule the day, but they lost flanker Mike Buckingham, who was sent off by referee Geraint Ashton-Jones for punching.
Hawks still trailed 13-9 at half-time, and despite getting to within a point immediately after the break when Barry Reeves kicked his fourth penalty, they continued to trail until the 62nd minute.
After that, the lead changed hands three times before finishing all square.
Coventry's scoring was dominated by full back Gareth Cull, who was responsible for all but five of their points with four penalties, two conversions and a try. Greg Freeman scored their other try.
Henley's tries came from No 8 Nick Martin and replacement Dan Smaje, both converted by Reeves, but they failed to put concerted pressure on their depleted opponents because they turned over possession repeatedly.
Nnamdi Obi, Ric Van Zyl and James Winterbottom were all stopped by the hard tackling of the Coventry defence, but the ball was lost on each occasion.
