North Berks League: Jack Hogan hit the winner as Hagbourne United reached the semi-finals of the War Memorial Cup with a thrilling 5-4 extra-time win over holders Appleton.
John Hedges and Bryn Ingram built a two-goal lead for Hagbourne, but three goals in five minutes from Colin Haines, Steve Roberts and Parsons saw Appleton take the lead.
Jack Hogan twice cleared off the line for Hagbourne before Andy Patten levelled to take the tie into extra time.
Appleton then took the lead again through Will Jefferies, only for Hagbourne to equalise with Ingram's second of the game.
The winner arrived when Hogan's in-swinging corner flew into the net.
Hagbourne now meet Sutton Courtenay in the next round after they beat Didcot Casuals 2-1.
Didcot took the lead through Sutton keeper Mike Shepherd's own goal, before Lee Jones equalised, only for Jimmy Mills to grab the winner for Didcot.
Lambourn Res overcame Drayton Res 2-1, with goals from Mark Mooney and James Coyle to reach the third round of the Nairne Paul Cup.
In Division 1, Lambourn Sports' title bid took a knock as they lost 2-1 to Saxton Rovers.
Derek Palfrey fired Rovers ahead, with Mike Beale doubling their lead. Danny Allen replied for Lambourn.
Ardington & Lockinge went top of the table, after coming from behind to beat lowly Warborough & Shill- ingford 2-1.
Marcus Charman fired Warborough ahead, but Ardington stole the points with a Matty Searis double.
Marcham fought back to win 3-1 at Drayton. David Miles gave Drayton the lead, only for Marcham to hit back through Martin Parsons (2) and Will Westall.
East Hendred increased Benson's woes with a 2-0 win, thanks to goals from Simon Burgoyne and Stephen Madge.
Shrivenham Res boosted their promotion hopes from Division 2 with a 5-1 win over Steventon, with goals from Christian Ayres (2), Neil Sutton, Marc Pugh and Matt Hirst.
