RT Harris Oxford City FA: Wayne Prescott kept his nerve as he notched an extra-time winner for Morris Motors as they squeezed past Beckley Sports in a 6-5 thriller in the Junior League Cup quarter- final.
Ian Griffith, Joe Barrett, Abdul Sheehab, Enton Gill and Prescott had scored in normal time.
But doubles from Luke Cuff and Aftab Hafiz, plus a strike from Shaun Jacobs, had made it 5-5 after 90 minutes.
Prescott then netted his second of the game with ten minutes left of extra-time to end Beckley's hopes.
Motors will now take on Bullnose Morris in the semi-final, after they won 4-2 against Golden Ball.
Dave Jennings hit a hat-trick for Bullnose, with Lenny Sackey getting the other.
Kevin James slammed a treble as Real Islip booked their place in the last four with an exciting 6-4 home win against Bakels Crusaders.
Mark James (2) and Phillip Stokes were also on target for Real.
They will take on Bullnose Morris Res in the other semi-final, an Adam Gray goal securing Morris' 1-0 victory over Tetsworth.
Donnington Old Boys secured their place in the final of the Doug Hobbs Cup with a 2-0 win over Division 1 rivals Great Milton at Morris Motors Social Club.
In an evenly-contested game, Gary Chapman opened the scoring with a left-foot shot from 20 yards, before Darren Hutt made it 2-0.
Earlier in the contest, Donning- ton's Steve Tooke had a golden chance to increase their lead with a penalty, but hit a post.
In Division 1, North Oxford Res won 3-0 at Union Street.
Adam Walker, Alex Reid and Daniel Toma were on the scoresheet.
