Runners and walkers are being invited to enter the 25th anniversary Otmoor Challenge half-marathon in June.
Last year, a record 450 athletes ran the circular route over the Otmoor fenland, which starts and finishes at the village recreation ground in Horton-cum-Studley.
The event on Saturday, June 5, is also open to walkers who can choose to hike over 13-mile or five-mile routes.
Last year about 400 people took part in the walking events.
A fete with a wide variety of stalls is also held on the same day.
Since it started, the challenge has raised more than £150,000 for national and local charities.
