Abingdon Amblers had good cause for celebration as they came back from the British Masters Indoor Championships in Cardiff with a clutch of medals.
Jackie Charles took pride of place as she claimed three golds and two silvers in the over 60 category.
The golds came in the 60m hurdles, which she won in 12.2secs, the triple jump, where she leapt to 7.78m, and the high jump.
The versatile athlete added silver in the long jump and the shot.
Charles, who recently won the British Masters Indoor Pentathlon in Birmingham, will next compete at the World Masters Indoor Championships in Germany in a fortnight's time.
And there was further medal success for Amblers, as Duncan Talbot returned to winning ways after a season out with a leg injury.
He was in record-breaking form as he cleared 1.60m to win the over 50 men's high jump with a club, county and Civil Service record.
He beat both Philip McIlfatrick, the Irish champion, and William Lonsdale, the Scottish champion, to take the gold medal.
