RT Harris Oxford City FA: Phil Stokes bagged a brace as Real Islip swept aside Bullnose Morris Res 5-1 in the Doug Hobbs Cup semi-final at Rover Cowley.
Stokes gave Islip an early lead and they never looked back with further strikes by Kevin James, Mark James, Tony Wood before he grabbed his second.
They now go on to face Donnington Old Boys in the final in April.
In the Premier Division, leaders Bullnose Morris destroyed North Oxford 11-0.
Liam Gurdy hit a hat-trick, Dave Jennings and Steve Haines scored two apiece, and Andy Paine, Lee Trinder, George Gibbons and Craig Dean completed the rout.
Donnington maintained their challenge with a 3-0 win at Bakels Crusaders.
Mark Johnson's double and Craig Bloomfield did the damage.
Morris Motors coasted to a 7-1 win at home to KEA.
Joseph Barrett, Enton Gill and Ryan Godfrey scored two apiece, with Dean Joseph also on target. Dave Carson provided KEA's consolation.
In Division 1, Union Street stormed to a 5-1 win at home to Great Milton.
Martin Scarfe (2), an Alex Cobham penalty, Andy Davies and Chris Clark made up Union Street's tally, with Paul Bezdyr replying.
Golden Ball drew 1-1 at home to North Oxford Res.
Colin Ryan's header gave Golden Ball an early lead, but North levelled when Adam Walker smashed home a 20-yarder.
