Morrells of Oxford Sunday League: Mark Hall was on target for ten-man Oxford Exiles as they battled back to dent Blackbird Sunday's hopes of retaining the Premier Division title with a 1-1 draw.
Exiles, reduced to ten men after having a man sent off on ten minutes, went a goal behind on the half-hour to a free-kick from David Jennings.
Against the odds, Exiles continued to battle and were rewarded early in the second half, when Eddie Duggan's cross found Hall, who finished well.
Blackbirds pressed for the victory, but Exiles' defence held on.
Leaders Rose Hill kept up their championship bid with a hard-fought 1-0 win against Stadhampton.
The game appeared to be heading for a goalless draw until John McMahon struck the winner, just minutes from time.
Rose Hill now need only to win their remaining two games to secure the title for only the second time in their history.
Northway scored five goals for the second week running as they beat Star Wanderers Res 5-0.
Strikes from James Gray, brother Karl and Nicky Bayliss established a three-goal cushion.
After the break, Karl Gray grabbed another, before Danny Goodchild completed their tally.
The Nelson kept up their assault on the Division 2 title with a battling 2-0 win over Marston Village, thanks to a brace of headers from centre back Julian McCalmon. Both goals came from Matty Hambridge crosses.
Iffley Harriers fought back to see off Division 3 rivals The George, Botley 6-1.
After going a goal down, Iffley's Liam Gleeson equalised in the second half, before they took control.
Gleeson fired them in front for the first time, with his second of the contest.
Steve Sneath notched No 3, before Alai Pettigrew lashed home after the keeper had kept out Wayne Cox's free-kick.
Two quality chips over the keeper from Jamie Lamb completed the scoring for rampant Iffley.
