Artists are being taught how to use their skills to inspire young and disadvantaged people.
Oxfordshire's newly-formed Participatory Arts Network is holding a training day for new or experienced artists who want to put their talents to use in the community.
The event will include presentations by staff from arts organisations, including the Pegasus Theatre, Fusion, Coral Arts, Ithaca and the Cowley Road Carnival.
There will also be practical workshops exploring issues of community arts work.
The training day will take place at Westminster College, Harcourt Hill, North Hinksey, on Saturday, February 2, from 10am to 4.30pm. For details, call Fusion on 01865 245735.
