Club matches: Witney continued their run of wins with an emphatic 41-7 victory over Oxford in a friendly.
The down side for Witney, who led 22-0 at the break, was a knee injured suffered by flanker Will Worrall.
His replacement Tim Muller scored two tries, while others came from skipper Luke Hollick, prop Riki Dore, No 8 Martin Lyall, winger Henry Lamb and debutant Geoff Covey. Fly half Joe Collins landed three conversions.
Wallingford conceded two second-half tries to go down 22-10 in a friendly at home to Redingensians, who play a league higher than their hosts.
Tries by fly half Don Jenkins and full back Lee Lewis enabled Wallingford to draw level 10-10 at half-time. But hopes that they might complete a seasonal double over the Berkshire side were dashed after the break.
