Oxford City boss Andy Sinnott has slammed defender Neil Crosby after he was sent off during Saturday's 3-1 home defeat by second-placed Leyton.
City led with a few minutes left when Crosby lashed out. Leyton scored from the resultant penalty, before netting two more goals.
Sinnott, whose side are at Wealdstone in Ryman Division 1 North tonight, said: "Neil's a young player and he has to learn. It changed the complexion of the game.
