Oxfordshire's top referee Gareth Copsey has added Murrayfield to his list of venues as he heads towards the upper echelons of the game.
The 35-year-old RAF Abingdon fireman took charge of the women's international between Scotland and France, which immediately followed last month's Six Nations clash between the countries.
"It was a fantastic occasion, as the game was played in front of about 10,000 fans," said Copsey.
"Most of the crowd were French fans waiting for their flights home, and they saw their women's side win a tight game 16-12.
Copsey is getting more and more high-profile games.
His last international was an under-18 match between Ireland and Italy, which meant that he was unable to take charge of last week's Oxfordshire Cup final between Oxford Harlequins and Chinnor.
"I would have been honoured to do the final, but heard three weeks before that, I had this appointment in Ireland."
Copsey, who at Level 2 is ranked among the top 30 referees in the country, has become established in National League 1 - one step below the Premiership.
He is now the RAF's highest-level referee since the legendary Larry Lamb, who was on the international panel in the 1960s.
Copsey pays tribute to the support he has received from the RAF and British Aerospace, who have given him a £1,000 grant to help with his development.
So it appears the sky's the limit for Oxon's best.
