Shortwood Utd 0, Didcot Tn 1: Shortwood keeper Ewan Prentice produced some heroics to keep the score down as Didcot maintained their Hellenic League Premier Division title challenge on Saturday.
However, he was powerless to stop a deflected Mike Ford free-kick in the 15th minute which proved enough to keep Didcot's winning run going.
Ford was unlucky with another free-kick in the 29th minute which rebounded off an upright and was scrambled to safety.
Didcot top-scorer Ian Concannon hobbled out of the action with hamstring problems midway through the first half.
Andy Parrott had two shots saved by Prentice midway through the second period and Jody McKay was unlucky not to earn his side a penalty after being brought down in the box in the 80th minute.
In the closing moments, Prentice pulled off a stunning triple save from Jack King as the Didcot midfielder broke clear.
Slimbridge 0, North Leigh 0: A determined North Leigh outfit did Didcot Town a big favour by holding the title contenders to a goalless draw, ending their ten-game winning run.
The visitors' injury-hit squad of just 12 players had to contend with a hard, bumpy pitch and a swirling wind that meant chances were at a premium.
After the break, Craig Cole and Julian Freeman were both denied by fine saves from North Leigh keeper Kevin Alder.
With ten minutes remaining, North Leigh had their best chance of the game as Adam Hamp's shot was parried by home keeper Ryan Chandler and the loose ball was cleared for a corner.
Then, three minutes from time, a Ross Casey header went just wide of the North Leigh woodwork.
Hook Norton 1, Carterton Tn 2: Hooky's Karlton Stratford was sent off in the 45th minute as they went down at home to Carterton.
The midfielder was shown the red card by referee Tony Sharkey for retaliating to an off-the-ball challenge from Craig Mungall, who received a yellow for the original offence.
In the first half, Carterton had most of the possession and went ahead from a free-kick just outside the box. Hooky keeper Marcus Townsend made a desperate effort to keep the ball out, but Mark Threlfell was on hand to score.
Townsend then saved well from a Threfell shot and the same player saw another shot rebound off the post.
After the interval, Hooky pressed for an equaliser but were caught out when Threlfell broke away before playing a superb ball to Kenny Clarke, who made no mistake in putting the visitors two up.
Hooky kept battling and were rewarded in the 55th minute when a high ball into Carterton's box was misjudged by the defence, allowing Garnet Thomas to make it 2-1.
Carterton had the upper hand in the later stges as Hooky's ten men tired.
Bicester Tn 0, Hungerford Tn 2: Bicester deserved at least a draw from this close encounter as they matched high-flying Hungerford in every department - except good fortune!
After 40 minutes, a hopeful shot from Thurle hit both uprights before trickling over the line.
Then, in the 75th minute, McMullen ended a goalmouth scramble with a low shot to put the result beyond doubt.
