Oxford City are set to welcome back midfielder Justin Lee and striker Colin Simpson for tonight's visit of basement boys Enfield.
Both players missed Saturday's last minute defeat at leaders Yeading, but should fit in time.
Lee has an inflamed shin, the legacy of a broken leg some years ago. However, he had fluid drained from the leg yesterday and should be fit.
Striker Simpson should shake off a knee injury.
Boss Andy Sinnott said: "It was disappointing not to get a draw on Saturday. We played ever so well for 89 minutes, only to let a goal in when we went to sleep at a corner.
"You have to keep your concentration until the final whistle. Although Enfield are bottom, it will be tough. They lost 8-0 on Saturday, so the pressure will be on us."
Abingdon Town will be without midfielder Stuart Douglas for the rest of the season after cracking ribs during Saturday's home defeat by Ware.
Jon Steadman has been recalled from Witney United for tonight's trip to title-hopefuls Leighton Town.
Darren Clare (ribs) and Mark Scanes (hip) are doubtful, though Joey Beauchamp and Tim Barton return after being unavailable for the Ware game.
Banbury United take on Woodford United in the semi-finals of the Daventry Charity Cup at Daventry Town.
Oxford C (v Enfield, home): from Benbow, Cruse, Crosby, Antonowicz, Brown, Dark, Smillie, Shepherd, Ferreria, Harper, Ballard, Prescott, Lee, Simpson, Champleovier.
Abingdon Tn (v Leighton Tn, away): from Brain, Davis, Tomkins, Charles, Johnson, Whitehead, Butler, Clarke, J Beauchamp, L Beauchamp, Scanes, Barton, Steadman, Burden, Aldworth.
