North Berks League: A Christian Ayres strike was enough for Shrivenham Res to win the AG Kingham Cup with a 1-0 victory over AFC Wallingford A at Wantage Town.
Wallingford should have taken the lead on 20 minutes, but Chris Allum could only shoot wide when well placed.
Ayres went close for Shrivenham, before he headed his side in front from a corner.
Shrivenham's Danny Prescott went close to doubling the lead, and then Wallingford's keeper John Hunt made a fine double save midway through the second half to deny Danny Prescott.
Wallingford never gave up, and came close to equalising near then end when Allum's shot on the half-volley hit the bar.
In league action, AFC Benson registered their first home win of their Division 1 campaign with a surprise 3-2 success against third-placed Ardington & Lockinge.
Antony Blizzard hit a brace, with Jodie Martin getting their other.
A double from Danny Curran helped Drayton to a 3-2 victory over Faringdon Town.
Adam Goodwin got their other. Earlier, Jon Lovegrove had levelled for Town.
Kintbury Rangers are on the verge of a third successive title after a 3-3 draw with nearest rivals Lambourn Sports.
In Division Three, Buckland were crowned champions with a 1-0 win over Appleton, thanks to a goal from Steve Holder.
Lambourn Res' hopes of claiming the runners-up spot were boosted by a 2-1 win over Hagbourne United.
Chris Prior and Mark Mooney were on target for Lambourn.
Hanney United beat Radley 2-1, Andy Davidson and Allan Alder scoring for Hanney, and Richard Dunham replying.
In Division 4, Didcot Casuals won 3-1 at Marcham Res and may have done enough to secure the title.
Tom Fisher, Sean Beard and Tim Hammond scored for Didcot, with Huw Mellor pulling one back for Marcham.
Bottom team Warborough Res were relegated after a 3-2 defeat at Uffington United, for whom Simon Williams, Garry Haines and Nick Heron netted.
In Division 5, a superb last-minute save by keeper Glen Campbell helped Buckland Res to a 1-0 victory against Benson Res.
Nathan Potter had fired Buckland in front as early as the tenth minute - a lead they just held on to thanks to Campbell's late heroics
