Oxfordshire Senior League: Rover Cowley twice came from behind as they wrapped up the Division 1 championship with two games to go after a 3-2 victory at Bardwell.
Ian Edge thought he had given Bardwell an early lead, only for his effort to be ruled out for offside.
But the home side's early pressure paid off when Pete Allison's diving header gave Bardwell the lead.
But Rover hit back straight away and levelled when Adam Taylor fired home.
Bardwell regained the lead early in the second period when a deflected shot from substitute Robert Honour found its way into the net.
Rover refused to lie down though, and goals from Robbie Carlisle and David Southam gave them victory, although both Craig Spinks and Edge struck the woodwork for Bardwell late on.
Eynsham kept up the pressure on Premier Division leaders Kidlington Old Boys with a 4-1 win at Haddenham United.
Richard Bustin and Tom Jerred gave Eynsham a two-goal cushion, only for Haddenham to hit back through David Hawes.
Eynsham then had to withstand severe pressure, before Nigel Reading set up Bustin for his second and Eynsham's third.
Substitute Tom Ovington then made the game safe with No 4.
In Division 2A, Andy Glossop (2), Pete Higgins, Chris Taylor, and John Crump were on target as Eynsham Res crushed Worcester College Old Boys & Bletchingdon Res 5-0.
