Illegal hare coursers are threatening farmers in the Bampton area, who claim police are failing to take any action.
Members of the Witney branch of the National Farmers' Union will meet Witney MP David Cameron to ask him to take the matter up with the Chief Constable of Thames Valley Police Peter Neyroud.
The most recent incident happened on Easter Sunday, when a farmer was confronted by men coursing on his land.
NFU spokesman Mark Hinton said: "He was physically threatened and had to run back to his car for safety and was very shaken.
"We had several similar incidents recently but the police are failing to respond to calls.
Insp Darren Carver, of Witney police, urged people to report any incidents.
