A father has made Lo last ditch attempt to be allowed to give evidence against the doctor who treated his son before he died.
Arpad Toth claims that when Dr David Jarman was called to his family home in October 1993 to treat his son Wilfred, who was having a fit, the GP failed to give the boy what could have been a life-saving injection.
The five-year-old died later at Oxford's John Radcliffe Hospital.
Dr Jarman, 57, of Wallingford Road, Cholsey, is facing a series of allegations of serious professional misconduct.
He is applying to the General Medical Council to have his name voluntarily erased from the medical register.
The hearing continues.
