Thousands of sports fans got close to the Webb Ellis Cup when the Rugby World Cup Roadshow hit Oxfordshire over the past two days.
As well as appearing at two M40 service stations, the famous trophy went to such public places as the Bicester Village shopping centre and Gloucester Green, Oxford, plus the Dil Raj Indian restaurant in Abingdon.
There were some rugby venues as well, as hundreds of youngsters saw the cup at the Oxfordshire mini-rugby festival in Chipping Norton.
The roadshow bade its farewell to Oxon after a friendly competition at Chinnor last night.
Bicester RFC Under 16s are pictured left with the World Cup at Bicester Village on Sunday.
