Witney & District FA: Charlbury Town were relegated from the Premier Division, despite beating Napier Rovers 4-1 in their final game of the season.

Charlbury and Hanborough went head-to-head in a bid to avoid the second relegation spot, with Hanborough needing to match Charlbury's result to be sure of safety.

And although Charlbury beat Napier, Hanborough's 5-2 win over North Leigh A ensured their safety.

Martin Grimsley hit a hat-trick for Charlbury, with Dean Harris hitting the other.

But the goals proved in vain as Kevin Day's treble, Matt Herring and Lee Williams kept Hanborough in the top flight.

Adlestrop stayed in the hunt for the title with a 4-0 victory at Freeland, Chris Mills (2), John Neale and Alan Walker on target.

They are now just a point behind leaders Carterton Town A.

Ducklington were crowned Division 1 champions, after beating Witney Royals 4-1.

They raced into a two-goal lead inside 15 minutes, and never looked like letting the championship slip from their grasp.

Goals from Gary Brooks (2), Dean O'Sullivan and Pete O'Reilly sealed their passage back into the top flight at the first attempt.

Hanborough Res contrived to lose 7-6 to already-relegated Wootton to join them in Division 2 next year.

They led 5-2 at the break, with Lewis Clarke netting all five goals.

But strikes from Simon Davies (3), Lee Senior (2) and Russell Brazier (2) gave Wootton a shock victory.

In Division 2, Eynsham A ensured their safety after they recorded a fine 2-1 victory over North Leigh B.

Goals either side of half-time from Craig Freeman and Ian Law ensured Eynsham beat the drop, with Andy Moriarty replying.

Millpark claimed the Division 3 title after a hard-fought 2-2 draw against Old Headington.

Andy Jameson and Mike Dove put Millpark ahead, and although Steve Gass and Nolan Aselford twice drew Headington level, Millpark held on to clinch the title.
