Woodstock Harriers' run of impressive team performances continued as they finished a creditable 29th at the National 12-stage Relay Championships at Sutton Park, Birmingham.
In a strong field of 60 teams, Oxfordshire's sole representatives did not disappoint.
The event was won by Aldershot, Farnham & District, just ahead of defending champions Belgrave Harriers.
Dave Ashton was the quickest for Woodstock across the 5.4-mile long course. Richard Shipway was fastest on the short course of 2.99 miles.
Woodstock results - Long stage: D Ashton 29.06, M Maxwell 29.48, D Croft 29.41, C Sykes 30.29, T Hunn 29.57, G Dell 29.19. Short stage: P George 17.04, S Mead 16.37, T Glare 18.25, R Shipway 16.09, D Sheppard 17.20, S Lund 16.53.
