Abingdon boys began the defence of their title Oxfordshire Junior League in its new three-meeting format, with a second place at Banbury.
Luke Chown produced the best performance, smashing the league and club record in the triple jump, as he leapt to 10.77m. Craig Teall was also on song, as he jumped 10.43.
The 4x100m relay team set a new club record of 50.4secs, despite Matt Nathanielsz limping the last 20 metres with a pulled hamstring.
In the girls' event, Beth Hampson ran a best of 42.2secs to win the 300m, and also set a new best in the 1500m, clocking 5.20.00 as she helped her team to fourth place
Witney Roadrunners' juniors had good reason to be delighted with three club records and 42 personal bests.
Witney's only under 11 girl, Evadne King, set bests in all of her events. She leapt to 2.96m in the long jump, clocked 14.6secs in the 80m, then completed the 600m in 2.36.5.
Bryony Corbett, in her first year at under 13 level, won the B string high jump with a personal best of 1.15m.
She was joined on the podium by Alice Parsons, who won the A string event with the same height. Parsons also won the 1500m in 6.07.4, while Katherine Smith took the B string race in 6.15.6.
Sarah LeGood set two club records in the under 20 women's 100m and 300m. She took first place in the 100m in 13.9 and finished third in the 300m in 47.7.
In the boys' events, David Grams and Dominic Keenan put in two first-rate performances in the under 11 600m.
Grams ran superbly to come second in the A string race in 2.08.1, while Keenan won the B string in 2.06.0.
Lewis Warren just missed out on a club record as he swept to victory in the under 15's 400m in a personal best of 58.0secs.
Guy Fenn, in his first team competition, finishing second in the high jump.
