An Oxford park will be rocking to the beat on May 1 with live performances from local and national bands as part of a summer season of outdoor activities.
The Mayfly live music event in South Park takes place from noon to 6pm.
The concert is the second event in Oxford City Council's packed calendar of Fun in the Parks events, which are supported by the Oxford Mail.
There will be music from jazz, blues, rock, soul, folk and Indian bands, including Chamfer, Voodofire, The Soul Traders, Bridge, Warhen and Vedapark.
The free family-friendly event will also include funfair rides, food, a dance tent, community and commercial stalls.
Anna Dolan, the city council's events organiser, said: "The Mayfly has been going for more than 30 years and it's as popular now as it was all those years ago. There's a fantastic line-up of local and national bands."
