The Oxford Times Cherwell League have supported the Oxfordshire Cricket Association over the suspension handed out to East Oxford CC'S Adnam Hamid.
Adnam is serving a six-week OCA ban - which started last Saturday - following a punch-up on the field in a Division 7 game against Minster Lovell on August 30 last year.
It comes following his part in a confrontation wth Minster Lovell player Ollie Smith.
Now the Cherwell League have agreed to uphold the ban, and should any of their clubs play Adnam, they will lose the match in question and be docked 30 points.
Smith was suspended until May 21 by the OCA.
