England stars Lawrence Dallaglio, Matt Dawson and Josh Lewsey are expected to be in action at Henley's Dry Leas ground.
They are included in the London Wasps squad taking on Henley Hawks on Saturday in a pre-season warm-up that also includes London Welsh, who were Henley's original opponents.
Wasps, the Heineken European Cup and Zurich Premiership champions, are also due to include Ayoola Erinle, who rejuvenated his career at Henley three seasons ago before being awarded a contract at the London club.
There will be three 40-minute games between the three sides.
Henley director of rugby, Rob Heginbotham, said: "We received a call on Tuesday morning from Warren Gatland, the Wasps director of rugby.
"Wasps had originally been schedule to play an internal squad match at High Wycombe on Sunday, but due to injuries, they were unable to put out two sides.
"We were very keen to go ahead with a three-way format, and London Welsh were also agreeable."
Programme: Henley Alliance v LW Druids (1pm), Henley v L Welsh (3), Wasps v L Welsh (4.20), Henley v Wasps (5.10).
There will be a barbecue and outside bars, while Wasps will also be bringing their trophies, which will be on display in the clubhouse.
Admission for the game is £5, with under 16's free.
