Topless charity skydiver Michele Jacobus tars in a new film promoting breast cancer awareness.

Michele, 27, of Blenheim Drive, Bicester, was invited to talk about the disease for a video and CD Rom, made by Breast Cancer Care.

"I was chosen because I have raised with friends around £2,000 from two topless tandem parachute jumps for the charity," Ms Jacobus said. "I have not had breast cancer, but my sister had a scare and was found to be all right. A friend did die of breast cancer a few years ago."

Ms Jacobus added: "I was pleased to take part in this new film, as I think it is so important for everyone to know what it is and what changes to look out for.

"I hope the film will encourage everyone to remain breast aware throughout their lifetime."

The 15-minute film, called Being Breast Aware, is presented by actress Linda Robson. The film will be used as a training tool for health and community professionals to promote and reinforce the breast cancer awareness message. Ms Jacobus's skydives were at RAF Weston-on-the-Green, near Bicester, and Hinton-in-the-Hedges airfield, near Brackley.
