WOLVERCOTE ABC enjoyed a hat-trick of wins as they hosted their final tournament of the year in the banqueting suite of the Kassam Stadium, Oxford.
Chris Woods, Simon Sutherland and Paul Stedman made up the treble.
Woods claimed a split verdict over Army southpaw Gaz Sumner in a clash where both men landed some telling combinations.
However, the Oxford boxer proved more accurate with his work to the body.
Sutherland got behind his jab from the bell and used his height and reach advantage to full effect as he confidently outpointed Chalfont rival Steve Walker.
Stedman finished the stronger in his light welterweight clash with Slough rival Stuart Dodd, clinching the decision with some well-worked two and three-punch combinations in the final two minutes.
However, five other Wolvercote fighters were on the wrong end of verdicts.
Nicky Miles gave an excellent account of himself, before losing narrowly on points on his ring baptism against Naveed Saed.
The Aston lightweight strung together the slightly better combinations to edge the verdict.
And teenager Grant Tutty, also making his debut, began briskly and rallied well at the end of his encounter with Londoner Matty Smith, before missing out on a split decision.
After conceding the opening round to Army rival Ben Lawlor, Mark Maisey started to find his range to claim the second period.
The pair squared up to one another and exchanged hooks with both fists during a pulsating finale to the bout, with the soldier just edging the verdict.
Marc Dibsdall and Ian Bailey kept up the momentum to deliver an enthralling four-round lightweight clash, which the Slough man claimed on points.
Scott Kilburn took the second round in the final light heavyweight bout of the night, but Aston rival Kia Ingram finished the stronger to gain the decision.
