But Hendred hit back after the break, and a bizarre own goal by Rovers' James Clarke levelled the scores before Fisher grabbed the winner

Brian Barrett hit his sixth goal in four games as Forest Hill gained their first away win with a 3-1 victory at Sandman.
Alex Clanfield cracked a super volley to give Forest a 2-0 interval lead.
Pete Arbuthnott pulled a goal back as Sandman piled on the pressure, but Daniel Bruno wrapped it up for Forest. Division 2 leaders Jackass Inn stayed nine points clear after beating Long Wittenham 3-1 at home.
Lee Hedges hit a double with Bryn Ingram also scoring. Phil Lynch replied for Long Wittenham.
AFC Kidlington moved into second place with a 4-2 victory over Dolphin.
Two goals from Lee Anderson, including an overhead kick, and strikes by Richard Wells and Barry Homans secured victory.
Steve Godfrey hit a hat-trick as Horseshoe thrashed high-flying OUP Wanderers 6-0.
Paul Shephard, Sean King and John Shuker also netted for the home side.

Steve Haynes cracked four goals as Elsevier demolished Stocks FC 8-1 to keep up their challenge.

Mark Boyd (2), Dom Ladd (2) and Craig Alston also netted, with the Sandman goals coming from Steve Park and Steve Kinnett.
Allbrite gained a rare away win, beating Kennington United 3-2.
Joe Kent (2) and Rob Taylor scored for Allbrite, with Sidney Ponting and Neil Buckingham the Kennington marksmen.
Matt Ormrod bagged a brace as Hampstead Norreys overpowered JET 5-2.
Nik Elphick, Lee Bartholomew and Tom Bexx were also on target, with Nigel King grabbing both JET goals.
CR Marks Kirtlington dumped Division 2 side Dorchester United out of the Rideway Cup with a 5-3 victory in their third-round tie.
Alex Feaver bagged a brace for the third division outfit, and Matty Moore, Tom Green and Martin Brock also netted.
Brian Rawlings's double and a Colin Royall strike wasn't enough to save Dorchester.
