ARDLEY United are aiming to sign a new goalkeeper after Paul Tassell was injured during their controversial 2-2 draw with Henley Town in the Hellenic League Premier Division.
Tassell had to come off with a thigh injury during Wednesday's clash, following an off-the-ball tackle, for which the referee did not even award a foul.
Striker John Curtis had to go in goal for the rest of the game, but manager Ian Feaver is hoping to sign a new keeper before tomorrow's Premier Division match at home to Hungerford Town.
The good news for Ardley is that Nigel Swafford has returned to the club from troubled Combined Counties Premier League side AFC Wallingford.
Liam Hope and Joe Burnell, who missed North Leigh's memorable 1-0 win away to leaders Highworth in midweek, return for the visit of Tuffley Rovers to Eynsham Park.
North Leigh achieved that victory without six first-teamers and will still have the injured Adam Hamp, Mark Jackson, Mick Hughes and Matty Ellis sidelined for the Tuffley game.
Chris Panter, who is looking after the side along with Gary Murphy while boss Mark Gee is on holiday in Australia, has been included in the squad.
Didcot Town, back in the title race after Highworth's midweek loss, are at full strength for their trip to Shortwood United. With Mark O'Hara having left as both player and assistant manager, Abingdon United are looking for a young midfielder to fill the gap.
Micheas Herbert could return for United's Challenge Cup first round tie at home to Eton Wick.
Witney United will be missing the suspended pair of Mitch Wyatt and John McMahon - after an accumulation of bookings - for their trip to Almondsbury in the cup.
But they should be able to recall James Blastland after he missed the midweek victory over Milton.
Tom Smith may continue as a makeshift forward, while Lee Keyes faces a late fitness test.
Clanfield could be without goalkeeper Martin Waywell for two months after he sustained knee ligament damage during Saturday's match agaimst Shrivenham.
Scott Perkins replaces Waywell for the Divison 1 West match at home to Cirencester United.
Clanfield are also hoping to make a new signing, having made a seven-day approach.
Craig Bloomfield is suspended for Kidlington's match at home to Tytherington Rocks in the Supple- mentary Cup, while Brendan Quinn faces a late fitness test on an injured leg.
Greg Boone is added to the squad.
