Bicester's new police inspector has pledged a relentless crackdown on repeat offenders.
Insp Oliver Wright, 32, sees dealing with prolific offenders as one of his priorities.
Others include clamping down on household burglary, domestic violence, antisocial behaviour in the town centre, and car theft.
He said: "We will be looking at crime in general to identify the most prolific offenders in Bicester, and will be targeting those people relentlessly. Bicester is a nice place to live and we are determined to reassure people they live in a nice town. We want to get to grip with the small number of people who cause grief."
