There was a thrilling tie in the under 13 contest when Oxford RFC staged the Oxfordshire junior finals at their Southern Bypass ground on Sunday.
The host club were involved in the under 13 final, where Witney came from behind to snatch a 5-5 draw and share the trophy.
As in the senior game, Henley were the county's most successful club, winning two of the finals and finishing runners-up in the other.
They beat Wallingford 17-5 to lift the under 14 crown, and overcame Banbury 15-8 to take the under 15 honours.
But Banbury gained their revenge in the under 16 final winning 19-12.
Plate finals - Under 13: Bicester 17, Chinnor 0. Under 14: Chinnor 31, Bicester 17.
The highly successful Chinnor club added another trophy to their cabinet when they carried off Berks, Bucks & Oxon Colts Cup with an exciting 22-21 victory against Maidenhead at Tadley.
