Highfield staged a stunning finish to avenge last week's defeat by Morrells of Oxford Premier Division rivals Rover Blackbird with a 3-2 victory in the semi-finals.
After a goalless first half, Highfield, who lost their unbeaten record to Blackbird with a 3-1 reverse, spent the second period camped in the visitors' half.
But, despite their dominance, Blackbird broke the deadlock 12 minutes from time with a goal on the break.
Highfield did not give up, though, with Wayne Blossom crashing a shot against the crossbar before Sam Donaldson snatched the equaliser.
A minute later, Blossom fired Highfield in front, before Simon King sealed victory with two minutes left.
There was still time for Blackbirds to score a second with the game's last kick.
In the final at Court Place Farm on Sunday, April 3 (5pm), Highfield face South Stoke, who beat Dynamo Toby 2-1 .
