A third person has been charged with the murder of Arash Ghorbani-Zarin, who died of stab wounds in Spencer Crescent, Rose Hill, Oxford, in November.
Chomir Ali, aged 43, Asquith Road, Rose Hill, was due to appear before Oxford Crown Court on March 11.
Mohammed Mujibar Rahman, 18, of Asquith Road, Rose Hill, has previously denied murdering Mr Ghorbani-Zarin.
A 15-year-old boy is also accused of the murder.
