Abingdon Tn 1, Edgware 0: Jemaine Ferreira's superb second-half volley weas enough to give Abingdon their third successive home win in Ryman League Division 2 on Saturday.
Ferreira was on target in the 61st minute, smashing the ball into the next after Danny Wise played the ball back to him.
Abingdon, who gave a debut to Ross Tyler, almost added to their lead with Andy Marriott having an effort blocked on the line by Billy Hawes and Wise rattling the crossbar with a shot.
Abingdon Tn: Benbow, Clare, Organ, Paxton, Hanson, Marriott, Jack, Tyler, Baker, Wise, Ferreira.
Attendance: 85.
